At Final Moments Veterinary Care, our mission is to provide compassionate and gentle euthanasia in the comfort of your own home, or a location that is comfortable and familiar to your Pet. We believe that every pet deserves end of life care that is free of pain and fear. Our Team will provide support and will guide you through each step. We offer longer appointment times so that you and your family have the time they need and deserve to say goodbye to your beloved pet.
If desired, we offer end of life photography to capture the beautiful Final Moments with your pet. Every end of life appointment includes ink paw prints, ink nose prints, a beautiful clay paw, and fur clippings. Our Team will transport your pet for Aquamation with our trusted partner, Eco Animal. We will also work with you to create a custom urn or memorial piece for your pets cremains. We believe that your pet's final resting place should be as special and unique as their life was.
